In the wake of the Constitutional Court, the ruling of the United Section has redrawn guidelines for the renovation of the “trial” in case of a change, during the course of the proceedings, in the composition of the panel of judges. A decision full of shadows, guided by the necessity to make the duration of proceedings “reasonable”, that certainly will influence the future choices of the legislator in this matter.
